Just one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The staff could not have been more helpful , our room was just wonderful with our own private balcony, beautiful views & sun beds to take the sun privately very high standard. Right in the centre so all attractions on your doorstep. We will be back. Need to plan & book in advance.

I don't know what the rooms look like so I give it a 5-star rating in advance, the location is gorgeous for sure, However! My dear staff, the service in the 5* hotel is a level you have not even come close to! I came to Menopoli with my friends. A friend of mine unfortunately pulled a muscle and was completely immobilized in the old town near the hotel. As it's a 5* hotel she asked the front desk for help, in transportation or arranging a doctor! Instead of any help, even a paid offer - because we were willing to pay the concierge for organizing the help - we got a very rude reply: "Basically not our poblem, because you are not guests of our hotel!" My dear Receptionists! 5* service means empathy, care for the customer, brand perception and protection. Doing more than the expected minimum. 5* is a promiss of going extra mile to satisfy the customer. And for that I would gladly pay. Clean sheets and a small swimming pool in nice locations have thousands of hotels. You are an ordinary hotel with poor service team, who thinks that a rude answer and biting remarks on what's up is the pinnacle of professionalism on a 5* level. Shame. What's more, I have the impression that we were treated so disrespectfully because we are Polish. So, Dear Ones, I will never recommend you to anyone. I hate being judged because of my accent or the country code I have my SIM card from. I can see in the reviews that you are super helpful towards people of other nationalities. Our experience was that we were treated below any acceptable level
